This place is good, and has excellent wi-fi, luggage storage, and express check-in. I fondly remember the staff helping me with a local food delivery number during my first stay. I highly recommend trying the breakfast. I'm coming back for Easter.

The check in staff were excellent and during the my stay were very very helpful at all times The Room was spotlessly clean The breakfast was great The location to the Underground station was great as well which gave me a quick ride to the Expo grounds Location to big department store and other shops within 3 to 4 minutes Excellent Restaurants right next door and along the same street In normal times would be excellent value for money Stay here again anytime Special note to Stella loverly girl and made my stay special All my requests for low floor room with double bed was met

The staff were thoughtful and competent. The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from Konigsallee. There were a main shopping street and a shopping street around the hotel...

Friendly reception check-in with proactive customer service.

The room had uncomfortable bedding and inadequate lighting. The warm tap water was quite bothersome when I needed to refill a bottle quickly.

Hotel is an easy 45 minute hop from the airport via metro train and a short 5 minute walk from the main metro station. Close to the action, the Acropolis, main shopping sites and trendy restaurants. Roof-top garden is a plus and gives a good view of the ciry scape, the Plata and the Acropolis. Hotel staff as per other reviews I read on Booked.net are all true, very friendly and accomodating. A big plus for our stay here in Athens. Morning breakfast was delicious and again staff were attentive. We found Athens to be an interesting city and if you are prepared to walk, most museums are reachable, take the time to search out the local museums.

One negative thing about the City of Athens proper ( no reflection on the hotel) - why can't they spend some time to police and clean up the grafiti - it's everywhere and many parts of the city resemble the slums because of it. Also the street urchins are a pest and they often have their 5 and 6 year old children walking with them begging , it can make sitting at a side walk cafe' depressing when constantly being approached for hand-outs.

The Staff is always friendly and helpful and try their utmost to make you feel comfortable. The facilities are very nice and comfy. The location is perfect to move around and even travel from due to the central location of the Hotel.The Hotel is surrounded by plenty of shops, restuarants and bars, which makes planning easier. The Hotel is well known by Taxi Drivers which also makes commuting easy. Plenty of stations allocated in nearby surroundings.

Nothing about the Hotel, just the guests next door to me. An Old couple who complained about everything.

Centrally located, great for accessing attractions. The staff were accommodating, especially with the early check-in. The bathroom really impressed me. Newly renovated with excellent water pressure. The internet connection was subpar. I needed to rely on mobile data. A decent choice, but some improvements in amenities would make it better.

Nice room, comfortable bed, free wifi in the rooms, satellite TV with many channels in different languages, fantastic staff ready to help any time (Reception is open 24/7), excellent location just a short walk away from the main train station as well as the shopping paradise of Konigs-Allee. Highly recommended, truly great value for money.

You do not have the key to the front door, so if you come back late at night, you have to wait.

The location is really good, just a short stroll from the train station, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.

The WiFi connection left much to be desired.

everything went in order regarding my reservation. the room was large.the bed lining and bed covering was clean.the staff were polite and helpful.toilet and bath was clean.location of the hotel was very good.it is located 10 min to koenigsallee and 20 min to Rhein river.first we thought that it is a dangerous area because of bahnhof viertel (train station), but it was safe enough.

the floor stink bad.it was disturbing.the room was dark, lighting was not enough.the remote control did not work.mini bar was empty.

The lady who was at the registration desk during the day was most helpful.

The room was very small and basic, with space only for the bed. It was on the top floor, part of the ceiling was low, you can hit your head on it. Too little space to call it a double room. There is a small table in the room (good) but it needs better lighting to be useful for any work.

The hotel is located in the vibrant Japanese quarter, offering a unique cultural experience and easy access to many attractions.

The noise from the street was quite disruptive, with constant sirens and loud conversations from passersby disturbing my sleep.

Basically its a freindly hotel located in the heart of the city, close to most of the amenities and ideal place to use as a base for a weekend travelling West Germany.

Breakfast is continental, catering mainly for Europeans. No tea or coffee making facilities in your room.
